At Woven & Known, we genuinely appreciate every order and support shown to our ministry, creative work, and small business. Due to the nature of our products and previous experiences with misuse of refund and return requests, we maintain a strict but fair Returns & Refund Policy.
By purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless:
- an item arrives damaged,
- the wrong item was sent,
- or you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- change of mind,
- accidental purchases,
- incorrect sizing selections,
- failure to read product descriptions,
- delayed delivery caused by postal carriers,
- dissatisfaction with personal preference,
- or digital downloads once accessed.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of:
- eBooks,
- study guides,
- downloadable devotionals,
- printable resources,
- digital bundles,
- quizzes,
- and digital content
are strictly non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, refunds will not be issued except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please ensure compatibility with your device or software before purchase.
3. Physical Products
We only accept returns for physical items where:
- the product arrives damaged,
- the incorrect item was received,
- or the item has a major fault.
To request a return:
- you must contact us within 7 days of delivery,
- provide clear photographs of the item and packaging,
- and include your order number and description of the issue.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions
Approved returns must:
- be unused and in original condition,
- include original packaging where possible,
- not show signs of wear, misuse, washing, or alteration,
- and be returned exactly as received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- the item has been used or damaged after delivery,
- the request appears fraudulent,
- the product has been altered,
- or the return does not comply with this policy.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs,
- original shipping costs are non-refundable,
- and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
We strongly recommend tracked postage for approved returns.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- refunds will be processed to the original payment method,
- processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider,
- and partial refunds may apply where appropriate.
We reserve the right to:
- decline refund requests,
- offer store credit instead of a refund,
- or replace the item where suitable.
7. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some products, books, devotionals, or merchandise may be offered as:
- pre-orders,
- limited releases,
- made-to-order items,
- or small-batch print runs.
These purchases may not be cancellable once production or fulfilment has commenced.
Estimated release or shipping dates are approximate only and may change.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party postal or courier providers.
Woven & Known is not responsible for:
- postal delays,
- incorrect addresses entered by customers,
- customs delays,
- or stolen parcels marked as delivered.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, we will provide remedies for products that:
- have major faults,
- are significantly different from description,
- or fail consumer guarantees.
